We are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead an elderly care home in the East Midlands for a 3-6 month period. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who can provide stability, drive compliance, and support a dedicated team through a period of transition. Key Responsibilities:
- Service Leadership - Provide day-to-day operational management of a large elderly care home, ensuring safe, effective, and dignified care.
