Interim Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager with a background in Elderly Care and Nursing Management Experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate individual to oversee the service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day management of the service.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.
Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authorities

Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience in Elderly management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
Nursing management experience (RGN preferable)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both staff and residents.
Ability to manage change effectively, with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
