Panoramic Associates are seeking an exceptional Interim Headteacher to lead a primary school in Devon for a one year contract from September 2026 to September 2027. This is a unique opportunity for a strong and experienced leader to make a significant impact within a school that is on a clear improvement journey.
The school are looking for a leader with a proven track record of school improvement, who can drive rapid and sustainable change. The successful candidate will:

- Be able to quickly establish high expectations and strong standards
