Interim Headteacher – Special Education\\nLondon\\nAsap start until end of Summer Term\\n(Competitive Day Rate) Inside IR35\\n\\nPanoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an Interim Headteacher for a special education school on an interim basis\\n\\nThis role has become available due to a leadership gap within the school, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic improvements, ensuring high-quality education provision, and supporting staff through this transition period. The school caters to students with complex needs, and the focus will be on stabilising leadership, maintaining high standards of safeguarding, and improving educational outcomes.\\n\\nResponsibilities of the Role:\\n\\nProvide strategic leadership and operational management of the school.\\nEnsure the school meets all Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.\\nSupport and develop the senior leadership team and staff.\\nWork closely with the Local Authority and governing body to drive improvements.\\n\\nTo be successful in the role you will have:\\n\\nProven experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in a special education setting.\\nStrong knowledge of SEND frameworks, safeguarding, and compliance.\\nA track record of leading school improvement initiatives.\\nThe ability to effectively manage staff and resources during a period of transition.\\n\\nNext Steps:\\n\\nIf you have the relevant experience and would like to know more apply via the advert and we will give you a call
