Panoramic Associates is partnered with a special school in London, who are seeking an experienced Executive Headteacher to provide strategic leadership and support to the school, on an interim basis. This is to drive school improvement, strengthen leadership capacity and ensure continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to support the ongoing development and improvement of the school
  • Work in partnership with the Headteacher to strengthen leadership and operational delivery
  • Lead and develop the SLT to ensure high performance and accountability
  • Drive school improvement initiatives, ensuring positive outcomes for pupils
  • Promote a strong safeguarding culture and ensure effective multi-agency collaboration
  • Contribute to financial and operational oversight (where required)

The successful candidate will have proven experience within an SEND setting, at Executive Headteacher or Headteacher level. You will also have demonstrable experience leading on school improvement and developing SLT performance, and a QTS is essential. A DBS on the update is preferable but not essential.
