Economic Regeneration Manager 12 Month Contract Outside IR35 Fulltime – Remote working with in office visits monthly Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client who are seeking an Interim Economic Regeneration Manager to join the team for an initial 12 month contract. Within the role you will play an integral part in progressing the council’s current Economic Development and Regeneration projects. Responsibilities of the Role: Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they are being delivered within time scale. Ensure that project risks are assessed, managed, and monitored and report on findings. Prepare written report and presentations regularly for board. Ensure good governance and assurance. Working closely with local SME’s To be successful in the role you will have: Previous experience working within a local authority is essential. Experience managing Economic Development or Regeneration projects. Experience of managing external funding streams. Previous experience ensuring assurance /governance of projects.
