Interim Deputy Manager – Adults\’ Residential Home (Adults with Learning Disabilities)
Cornwall | 6 months (Inside IR35)
Panoramic Associates are exclusively seeking a dynamic Interim Deputy Manager to join a residential service through a period of transition. As Interim Deputy Manager, you\’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our adult residential home. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care, staff support, and regulatory compliance, all while promoting independence and quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the service
- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the care team
- Ensure all care plans are person-centred and regularly reviewed
- Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect for all residents
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
- Liaise with families, external professionals, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within adult social care
- Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Able to lead by example with a hands-on, flexible approach
- Available to start on short notice
- Must be on the DBS update service.
