Panoramic Associates are proud to be working with a Primary School in Somerset to help find them an Interim Deputy Headteacher on a temporary basis ASAP until Christmas. This role offers a competitive daily rate and requires Primary QTS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and support pupils to reach their full potential.
  • Oversee teaching & learning, quality of education, and pastoral care, ensuring a smooth early years journey using the latest research.
  • Use data to plan staff training and interventions that improve pupil outcomes.
  • Develop effective assessment systems to track progress and provide targeted support.
  • Keep leadership and governors informed about how well pupils are being supported.

What We're Looking For:

  • A committed and passionate education leader with a strong track record in teaching and learning.
  • Extensive experience in primary education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Ability to inspire staff and pupils while maintaining high educational standards.
  • DBS and excellent references.
