Panoramic Associates is seeking an experienced Private Housing Enforcement Officer for a full-time role based in Hertfordshire. This position involves proactive enforcement duties across HMOs and single-family dwellings. You will have a strong background in housing enforcement, knowledge of HHSRS, and be able to confidently communicate with landlords and tenants. The role is hybrid, offering an hourly rate inside IR35, and is expected to last at least 6 months with possible extension.
