The role covers community centres, coastal assets, telecoms agreements and council property across the estate, with rental valuations and landlord/tenant matters central to the work.
You'll undertake rental valuations to RICS standards, manage telecoms leases and wayleaves, and work with legal services to consolidate agreements covering multiple sites.
