    Hybrid Working

If you're an Estates Surveyor who enjoys variety rather than being stuck doing the same type of work every day, this could be a really good opportunity.

I'm working with a South West Local Authority looking to bring an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor into their property team.

It's a varied role across a diverse corporate and commercial portfolio, with plenty of autonomy to manage your own caseload and get involved in some interesting property matters.

What will you be getting stuck into?

  • Landlord & Tenant and general estate management
  • Valuations and professional property advice
  • Acquisitions & disposals
  • Negotiating a range of property transactions
  • Supporting investment, asset management and regeneration activity
  • Providing advice to senior stakeholders
  • Managing complex cases from instruction through to completion

There's a good balance between day-to-day estates work and wider strategic property projects, so this would ideally suit someone who can hit the ground running and confidently take ownership of their workload.

Who are we looking for?

MRICS qualification is essential

Newly qualified MRICS candidates will absolutely be considered, providing you have good experience working within Local Government and can demonstrate a strong understanding of public-sector estates.

For more experienced candidates, we're looking for a solid background across commercial property, L&T, valuations and transactions, alongside confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

You'll be joining an experienced property team with a broad workload and plenty happening across the estate.
