Panoramic is supporting a local authority in the search for an experienced Housing Officer to join its Housing Team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a defined patch, playing a key part in supporting tenants, resolving issues and helping communities thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of housing properties, ensuring tenant's needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct tenant enquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear guidance on tenancy matters.
  • Monitor and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate lettings processes and assist prospective tenants through the application stages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless support services.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and update relevant databases.
  • Identify and escalate repair or maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving tenant satisfaction and community cohesion.
