Panoramic Associates is supporting an East London Borough with their search for an exceptional education leader to join their senior leadership team as Head of School Performance and Partnerships . This is a rare opportunity to influence outcomes for children and young people across the full education journey, from early years through to post-16 education. This strategically important role sits at the heart of the education system, leading on school performance, standards, attainment and improvement, while strengthening partnerships across maintained schools, academies and multi-academy trusts. About the Role As Head of School Performance and Partnerships, you will provide strategic leadership across a broad portfolio of education services and responsibilities, including: Leading on school performance, standards and attainment across the borough. Providing oversight and support to maintained schools. Developing and sustaining strong partnerships with academies, trusts and education stakeholders. Promoting inclusive practice, safeguarding excellence and positive outcomes for all children and young people. Driving continuous school improvement through collaboration, challenge and support. Overseeing key education services, including: SEND and Inclusion Support Virtual School Educational Psychology Commissioned School Improvement Services About You We are looking for a credible and accomplished education leader with substantial experience within the UK state education system. You will ideally bring: Significant senior leadership experience within education. A background as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, System Leader, School Improvement Leader or similar senior education role. A proven track record of delivering measurable school improvement and raising standards. Strong partnership-building, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Experience working strategically across multiple schools or organisations. A commitment to achieving high standards while maintaining a strong focus on inclusion and equity. An understanding of the education landscape from early years through to post-16 provision. Most importantly, you will be able to clearly evidence your personal contribution to improving outcomes, driving change and leading successful initiatives. Why Apply?
