Panoramic Associates has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Deputy Home Manager to join a well-established, highly regarded residential and nursing service supporting adults with physical disabilities and complex needs.
As interim Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting the day-to-day management of the home, leading a dedicated team, and monitoring and improving service performance, quality standards and outcomes.
The home is looking for someone with experience in senior leadership within LD residential services and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
This role is an initial 3-month period, 5 days per week and starting immediately.
