Panoramic Associates is partnered with a school in Gloucestershire who require an interim Assistant Principal to join them for a period of 3-6 months, starting as soon as possible.

As Assistant Principal, you will:

  • Lead on teaching and learning improvement across secondary phases
  • Drive student outcomes through effective use of data and assessment
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, particularly on pedagogy and pastoral practice

This role is adding capacity rather to an already strong team, working in a school with an inclusive ethos and support from the regional team.

Experience at Assistant or Deputy Headteacher level is required, with a background in mainstream, special or independent sector.

Interviews are due to take place next week, w/c 13th April with a view to start immediately.

A DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential.
