Role Overview
This newly created position is central to supporting the organisation's ongoing growth and strategic objectives. As Finance Manager for Regeneration, Housing & Environment, you will lead the financial planning, management, and governance of key service areas. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and report on budgets for regeneration, housing, and environmental services, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

- Oversee capital and revenue financial planning, including forecasting, variance analysis, and risk management for large-scale projects.
