We're working with a forward-thinking organisation looking for an Estates Data Coordinator to support a major estates and asset data project across a large property portfolio. You'll play a key role in bringing lease, billing and asset information together into a central IWMS platform helping improve reporting, compliance and financial accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Interrogating lease agreements and extracting key commercial & billing data
- Validating invoices, billing schedules and financial information
- Uploading and maintaining lease and asset data within the IWMS
- Working with finance, billing and estates teams to resolve discrepancies
- Comparing data across spreadsheets, finance systems and legacy databases
- Improving data quality, reporting processes and system confidence
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with lease, estates, asset or property data
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and large datasets
- Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- IWMS / CAFM / property systems experience would be a big bonus
