Interim Senior Estates Surveyor - £350-450 - Hybrid - MRICS
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract - Essex
Panoramic are supporting a hands-on local authority who are looking for an Experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to support the management of a diverse property portfolio on an interim basis. This position will play a key role in overseeing a broad range of estate management matters and contributing to strategic property decisions.
In this position, you will take responsibility for a mix of varied & exciting commercial and operational property assets, ensuring they are effectively managed and deliver optimal value. You will be involved in a wide range of professional activities, from negotiating lease terms through to supporting acquisitions and disposals.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Landlord & tenant, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals
- Dilapidations
- Reviewing valuations and reports
- Inspections and specification work (experience is a bonus)
- Supporting the wider team who don't necessarily have as much experience
- Working on a mixture of commercial estates & operational properties
