Essex | Hybrid Working (3 Days On Site) | £200 a Day | 4-6 Month Contract

The Role

  • Managing tenant and property-related enquiries
  • Supporting lease renewals, rent reviews and landlord consents
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
  • Maintaining tenancy and compliance records
  • Assisting with invoicing, service charges and budget monitoring
  • Carrying out occasional property visits, key handovers and meter readings

About You

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
  • Background within property, estates or commercial property management
