Panoramic Associates is supporting a children's Social Care provider, who require a Consultant to support them with a transition project. In this role you will be working alongside the CEO and reporting into the Board of Trustees, to manage the transfer of a residential home to a new site.
Requirements:
- To have experience in, or an understanding of how to lead the transition to a new site
- Experience liaising with unions, lawyers, back office/HR
- Understanding of children's social care legislation
This role is full-time and remote, with visits to the sites where required. Contract length is 3-6 months initially. It is offered on a consultancy basis and therefore can be paid on a day rate via a Limited company (Outside IR35).
