Responsibilities

  • Own projects from development to handover
  • Act as primary client contact and coordinate consultant teams and contractors
  • Ensure programmes stay on track and key decisions are timely
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to progress projects

Key requirements

  • Experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Ability to manage construction projects independently
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong client and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial awareness and proactive risk identification
  • Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Project management qualification essential (Prince2, APM PMQ or Chartered Status)
