Interim Building Surveyor Project Manager \\n\\n£325 per day Inside IR35\\n\\nInitial 6 Month Contract\\n\\nLondon Based\\n\\nFull time – Monday to Friday\\n\\nPanoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an Interim Building Surveyor Project Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.\\n\\nWithin the role you will be responsible for managing and leading on allocated building works projects within the councils wider Capital Projects portfolio.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManaging building projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.\\nConducting building surveys, inspections, and assessments to determine maintenance and repair needs.\\nPreparing detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.\\nLiaising with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.\\nEnsuring compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and local authority policies.\\nOverseeing contract administration and managing project budgets effectively. \\n\\nTo be considered you will have\\n\\nPrevious experience working within a local authority or housing association settings.\\nExperience creating complete project tender packs and managing projects from feasibility/ design through to completion.\\nHigher National Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent formal qualification.\\nExtensive experience with commercial stock. \\n\\nNext Steps:\\n\\nThis assignment is a 6-month contract with a likely extension and offers £325 per day (inside IR35).
