Panoramic Associates are supporting our client with a high level, Strategic Project Director appointment. This will either be a 1 year FTC or daily rate position. The role sits at a Project Director equivalent level and is less about BAU management and more about rebuilding coordination, restoring collective direction, and translating network intent into funded, deliverable programmes.
Contract Type: Daily rate or FTC considered.
- Leverage the network to identify and secure investment opportunities, including joint procurement, business development, and grant-funded initiatives.
- Consulting with key local employers to improve the local skills system.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, or networks.
- Experience working within or alongside further/adult education providers.
- Experience of policy analysis and lobbying or influencing decision-makers.
