Panoramic is working with a rapidly growing Multi-Academy Trust looking to appoint an experienced Interim HR Director on an initial 9-month contract. With several schools joining the Trust over the next 12 months, they need a senior HR leader to support growth, integration, restructuring, complex ER casework, and policy/pay harmonisation across schools.

The role will provide strategic HR leadership while supporting a small existing HR team through a busy period of onboarding and organisational change. The school do not currently have someone working at this level so it is initially a role to add capacity and support with the growth plans of the trust. There is potential for the role to become permanent, but the immediate need is for a 9-month contract starting in August 2026 and running until May 2027.

Key experience required:

  • Strategic HR leadership within education/MATs
  • Restructuring and complex ER
  • Change management and integration
  • Policy and pay harmonisation

The Trust are flexible with working patterns and can offer the role between 3-5 days per week, with an element of hybrid working proportionate to days worked. Interviews will take place first week of June with shortlisting later this week (w/c 18th May), so please apply below or call Sophie on 07441 428618 for more information.
