An experienced Interim Children's Home Manager is required to provide strong, stable leadership for a children's residential home. This is a hands-on interim assignment focused on maintaining compliance, improving outcomes for young people, and stabilising/strengthening the staff team and day-to-day operations.
Experience required:
- Proven experience managing a children's residential home as Registered Manager / Interim Manager
- Experience with EBD/SEMH, complex needs, or therapeutic models
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted and quality standards for children's homes
- Confident leading through change management in services in an interim capacity
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and confident decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
DBS must be on the update service.
