Panoramic Associates is supporting a multi-academy trust in the recruitment of a Regional Finance Business Partner to lead financial management and strategic planning across two secondary schools. This key role will support academy leaders in delivering strong financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

You will lead the development of three-year budget plans, monitor income and expenditure, provide financial insight to support decision-making, and ensure compliance with Trust policies, financial regulations, and academy funding requirements. Working closely with Headteachers, senior leaders, and finance teams, you will oversee monthly and year-end financial processes, support audits, manage financial systems, and drive consistency and best practice across academies.

You will also play a key role in procurement, value-for-money initiatives, and the continuous improvement of financial processes. We are looking for a confident finance professional with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in financial planning, management accounting, budgeting, and financial systems is essential, while experience within the education or academy sector would be advantageous.
