Technical Advisor (Retrofit Coordinator)
£36,000 – £40,000 + Car Allowance or Electric Company Car

Panoramic Associates are supporting a leading energy efficiency provider in their search for a Technical Advisor with Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator certification. This role is available due to a team member moving on, and they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee retrofit coordination across a range of projects in the South of England
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with PAS2035 standards
Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure quality delivery
Travel weekly to sites across Swindon, Suffolk, North Cambridge, London, and upcoming work in Brighton
Balance office, site, and home-based working depending on project needs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator (Retrofit Assessor also desirable)
Experience in retrofit delivery and compliance
Able to manage time effectively across multiple regional projects
Comfortable with weekly travel and hybrid working
What’s on Offer:
£36,000 for newly qualified Coordinators with a strong attitude

All business mileage covered
Hybrid working: typically 1-2 days WFH, depending on site demands
