Panoramic Associates is partnered with an SEN school in London, who are seeking an experienced and impact‑driven School Improvement Consultant to start as soon as possible. This is a key role supporting rapid and sustainable school improvement, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to strengthen teaching, learning, outcomes, and leadership capacity across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on whole‑school improvement
- Support and challenge senior leaders to drive standards and accountability
- Prepare the school for inspection readiness
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful school improvement work
- Strong understanding of SEND provision and statutory requirements
- Experience in leadership within SEN or specialist settings
Remuneration & Working Hours
This role is paid on a day rate, between 3‑5 days per week depending on the successful candidate. A DBS on the updated service is preferable but not essential.
