Panoramic Associates are supporting our Local Authority client in the North West with the recruitment of an Interim Procurement Officer for a contract role until the end of May. Ideally you can start immediately (within the next two weeks max). The onsite requirement is one day a week, on Wednesdays.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the new e‑sourcing system for the CA (Pipeline, Sourcing & Contract Management)
- Data analysis and cleansing of existing Procurement data, including Contract Register, Pipeline and other relevant data to support the implementation of the new e‑sourcing system
- Design and development of the new Pipeline Planning and Contract Review cycle utilising the e‑sourcing system and cleansed data
- Linking of Payment system to Contracts
- Design and delivery of a suite of reporting related to the available Procurement data
- Ad hoc support of low value Tenders
Qualifications
- Experience implementing procurement systems, processes, reporting & data analysis
- Full understanding of Procurement Act 2023
Location: Brent Council Offices, London
Salary: £44,685/Yr. – £48,003/Yr.
Hours: 36 hours per week
Bonuses: £5,000 Golden Handshake (one off after probation) + £3,000 Retention Payment
