We are working with a care provider in the South East who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across their Adult Social Care services during a period of transition.
The successful candidate will take the lead on ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred services across all adult social care functions. You’ll provide stability, direction, and pace while supporting the Managers in various settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership support across a variety of adult social care services
- Driving performance improvement and embedding best practice across teams
- Supporting workforce stability and fostering a positive, collaborative culture

About You
