Interim Assistant Headteacher – SEN School, East of England. Contract until July 2026.
Panoramic is supporting an SEN School in the East of England that requires an interim Assistant Headteacher to join ASAP for an interim contract. The focus is on quality assurance of curriculum and behaviour strategies to assist preparation for the school’s next Ofsted inspection. A small teaching element is preferred but not essential. Experience with SEN/SEMH/challenging behaviour or complex needs is essential. Availability to work 5 days per week is required.
Responsibilities- Quality assurance of Curriculum and Behaviour strategies
- Support preparation for Ofsted inspection
- Potentially contribute to teaching duties where appropriate
- Experience working with SEN/SEMH/challenging behaviour or complex needs
- Available to work 5 days per week
- DBS on the update service (preferable)
