Panoramic Associates is partnered with a specialist school in Buckinghamshire, who require an interim Senior Leader to join them ASAP, for now until the end of the Summer term initially.

Responsibilities

  • Manage behaviour across a large school, driving behaviour policies, processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to make improvements and prepare the school for their next inspection.
  • Line manage the Head of Years.

Our client takes a trauma-informed approach and would like the interim to have experience in, or a strong understanding of SEMH/ASD.

Requirements

  • Full-time, non-teaching role starting ASAP.
  • DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential.
