Panoramic Associates are exclusively supporting an adult social care provider in their search for an experienced Interim Transformation Consultant to support a key programme of growth, service improvement, and operational transformation.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in private nursing or elderly care, with a proven ability to deliver transformation within CQC regulated services. You will work closely with operational leaders, including Registered Managers and Regional Managers, helping to define what great care looks like and embedding sustainable improvements across services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver transformation initiatives within adult social care settings, with a focus on growth, service improvement, and operational transformation.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, including Registered Managers and Regional Managers, to define care standards and embed sustainable improvements.
  • Apply strong change management practices within CQC regulated services to ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in change and transformation
  • Strong background in private nursing / elderly care / adult social care
  • Experience within CQC regulated services
  • Ability to work closely with operational leaders
  • Strong understanding of high-quality care standards
  • A practical, collaborative approach to delivering sustainable change

This is a hybrid 6-month contract with travel to various sites within the Southwest; mileage expenses details will be provided.
