Iβm supporting a London-based multi-academy trust to appoint an Interim Assistant Headteacher for an Alternative Provision setting. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone confident operating in a fast-paced, high-challenge environment, supporting pupils with complex behavioural needs.
Key experience required:
- Senior leadership experience (Assistant Head / Deputy Head / Head of School)
- Background in Alternative Provision, SEMH, SEND or similar settings
- Strong behaviour leadership and pastoral expertise
- Confident, resilient and calm under pressure
- Experience with de-escalation strategies (e.g. Team Teach) highly desirable
