SEND Specialist Teacher – Permanent, Full-Time Location: Essex Salary: £46,586 – £51,763 We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled SEND Specialist Teachers to join an expanding team, supporting schools across a diverse local authority. As a Specialist Teacher , you will: Work across multiple schools, providing targeted support for young children in groups , assisting families, and upskilling schools in SEND & inclusion . Help enhance inclusion and improve opportunities for children with SEND. Guide schools in shifting their perspective on challenging behaviours, ensuring better understanding of neurodiversity . Have flexibility in your schedule, visiting schools and families as needed while managing your caseload independently . Contribute hands-on experience – leading by example when required – to model best practices for school staff .
