About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Retrofit department, specializing in providing full retrofit services across large-scale social housing regeneration projects. You will work on projects involving 500+ properties, implementing energy efficiency measures such as fabric upgrades, renewable energy systems, and building appliance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Oversee the entire retrofit process, ensuring projects comply with PAS 2035 standards. Collaborate with internal and external retrofit assessors, designers, and contractors. Conduct energy modeling and produce Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium-Term Plans for properties. Ensure compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, and DESNZ funding requirements. Lodge completed projects on the Trustmark database and maintain key documentation for compliance. Provide guidance to stakeholders on energy efficiency measures to meet client objectives like improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and cutting fuel costs. Support Retrofit Designers in compiling compliant property design packs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with social housing providers, asset managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Deliver updates and track project metrics in regular stakeholder meetings.
- Technical Expertise: Use energy efficiency modeling software (e.g., Elmhurst Design SAP 2012) for project analysis. Provide technical advice on retrofit solutions aligned with project objectives.
Requirements:
- Essential: Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management certification. Understanding of PAS 2035 processes. Ability to lodge works with Trustmark.
- Desirable: Full UK driving license.
