You will be responsible for investigating and responding to all inquiries and correspondence relating to:

  • Witness Statements
  • Orders for Recovery
  • Interaction with bailiffs
  • Statutory Regulations
  • Challenges, Representations and Appeals
  • Charge Certificates
  • Any other correspondence at all statutory stages regarding Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

Produce high-quality responses to set productivity targets. Maintain consistently high standards while meeting strict deadlines. Weigh up evidence and make balanced judgements.
