We’re seeking an experienced Housing Retrofit Project Manager to lead and manage retrofit projects across the South East. You’ll work on large-scale, compliance-driven retrofit projects, particularly focused on delivering energy-efficient improvements across social housing. The role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of retrofit delivery, ensuring projects adhere to PAS 2035 standards and meet sustainability targets within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead housing retrofit projects, using PRINCE2 or APM PMQ frameworks for efficient execution. Manage project budgets, validate grant claims, and support smooth processing of invoices. Support Consortium members to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality goals. Build and maintain relationships with funders (e.g., Department for Energy Security & Net Zero), ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
