Panorama Record exists to make boring corporate content interesting and native to the social media age. We partner with the people behind the brand to tell real stories and bring authentic insights from the leaders behind the companies.

This is a part-time videographer role based in London. We are looking for someone who is native to social media storytelling, has a track record of producing high quality short-form video that performs well on social channels. We’re looking for filmmakers who can shoot and edit short-form content with real soul. If you’re the type who sees a story arc in chaos, captures emotion without a script, approaches every story with a journalistic instinct - we want you.

Experience with talking head content is beneficial. You will be the first videographer in the team, helping to set up winning formats for the company and you will be working with world class business leaders on a day-to-day basis.

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Filming & creative direction
  • Shoot our videos onsite with business leaders
  • Take creative control during shoots - guide shots, angles, interviews
  • Operate all parts of video production (camera, mic, lighting)
  • Shoot with story structure and pacing in mind
  • Capture raw, authentic moments with style

Editing & post production

  • Create & edit 4x short form videos per client per month
  • Work closely with the founder to shape tone, structure, and vibe of our short form videos
  • Build scalable templates and editing styles
  • Add music, text, transitions and style matching the client vibes.
