The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe.

We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit.

Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

You're an experienced multi-site leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, QSR, or franchise environment.

Commercially driven and people-focused, you know how to balance operational excellence with delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.

You'll bring

  • Proven experience managing multiple sites across a regional area.
  • Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for sales, profit and P&L performance.
  • The ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with a passion for developing talent and building succession plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a franchise model is highly desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

As Regional Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of approximately 27 franchised and company‑owned kiosks across South Wales, ensuring every location delivers exceptional operational standards, commercial performance and customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving sales, profitability and operational performance across your region.
  • Coaching and supporting Kiosk Managers and Franchise Partners to achieve their full potential.
  • Building a high‑performing, engaged regional team culture.
  • Delivering regional business plans and achieving key commercial targets.
  • Monitoring KPIs and performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring consistent brand standards, operational excellence and compliance across all locations.
  • Developing future leaders through coaching, talent development and succession planning.
  • Supporting new kiosk openings and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery of regional objectives.
