The Wonderfield Group is seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead our UK commercial strategy across a diverse portfolio of channels, including Dine-In Restaurants, Sushi Kiosks, Pre-Packed Food to Go, Delivery, Foodservice and Branded Products.
Reporting into the senior European leadership team, this is a highly visible role with responsibility for driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, market expansion and commercial excellence across the UK business.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's growth strategy, leading a high-performing commercial team while working collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing, NPD, Food Development, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Procurement.
