Responsibilities

  • As the Duty Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of our ‘Grab n Perch’.
  • Working alongside the Multi Site manager and team to ensure we deliver a seamless customer experience across each & every shift through great authentic service and producing our mouth‑watering dishes.
  • You will oversee operational efficiency and service standards, checking orders and ensuring all our products are always available.
  • You will lead consistent standards and support your manager to analyse profit performance.
  • You will constantly drive standards and hospitality, leading and challenging Team Members to achieve the highest levels of service.
  • You support the management team to create an engaged team through a culture of teamwork and support.
  • You will support with Team Members training, in a supportive and motivating manner ensuring that successful performance is reinforced, and constructive feedback is provided.
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment by being a ‘safety‑minded leader’ who leads by example in reporting any food and safety issues and deficiencies in the Restaurant.
  • You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards.
  • Support and cover an emergency shift when necessary.
