Key Responsibilities
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support your General Manager in running the restaurant day to day—helping keep everything smooth, fast, and friendly for both guests and the team. You’ll be:
- Helping deliver a great guest experience every single shift
- Leading and supporting the team on the floor during busy services
- Setting the tone with energy, pace, and positivity
- Supporting training and development so your team can grow
- Helping the restaurant run smoothly, safely, and efficiently
- Making sure standards stay high and the team feels supported
- Acting on guest feedback to improve service and experience
- Supporting your GM in building a strong, motivated team culture
- Getting stuck into day-to-day operations and leading by example
- Building your confidence and preparing for your next leadership step
