As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of our ‘Grab n Perch’, ensuring a seamless customer experience across each shift and delivering excellent service through mouth‑watering dishes. You will oversee operational efficiency, service standards, profit performance, training and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead the team, maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail and deliver top‑quality food and guest experiences.
  • Support the Multi‑Site manager and team to ensure seamless customer service across all shifts.
  • Check orders and ensure products are consistently available.
  • Analyse profit performance and support the manager in driving standards and hospitality.
  • Provide training, coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment, reporting any food or safety issues.
  • Cover emergency shifts as required.
