Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager with the day-to-day running of the kiosk.
  • Prepare fresh food and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Deliver consistent food and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete daily records accurately, including deliveries, wastage, and temperature checks.
  • Help build customer loyalty by maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Confidently interact with customers, providing excellent menu knowledge and recommendations.
  • Support sales growth by ensuring every customer leaves happy with both the quality of the food and their overall experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards across the kiosk.
