The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe.
We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit.
Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to play a key role in the successful delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade across the UK and Europe.
You'll work alongside the Project Manager and delivery teams, keeping the project organised, maintaining momentum and ensuring actions are seen through to completion.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience working on or coordinating business or IT projects.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams across different business areas.
- The ability to identify risks, solve problems and escape issues where appropriate.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or delivery partners.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience working in an international or complex business environment.
- Previous experience supporting software or IT delivery projects.
- Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile or MSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade across the UK and Europe, helping to keep the project on track and progressing against key milestones.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring meetings are scheduled, stakeholders are prepared and project information is kept accurate and up to date.
- Capture clear meeting notes, decisions and actions during workshops and project meetings, maintaining action logs and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and other delivery documentation.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies and blockers, escalating where appropriate and helping drive actions to resolution.
- Work independently to progress actions, follow up with stakeholders and keep delivery moving without requiring regular direction.
- Produce project status updates and support governance reporting using agreed templates and project standards.
- Coordinate activities across business teams, suppliers and technical delivery partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Support resource planning and project scheduling, helping balance project priorities alongside business-as-usual activities.
- Build strong working relationships with Project Team, Business Owners, and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted point of coordination throughout the programme.
- Support change management and communication activities to ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and ways of working.
