This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and working closely with sales, operations, marketing, and leadership to improve customer outcomes and drive recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities

- Build strong, long-term client relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer needs, risks, and objectives.
- Own the customer journey after handover from sales, including onboarding, implementation coordination, adoption, and ongoing account reviews.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion across existing accounts.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, training sessions, and business reviews to help clients maximise value.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries, escalate issues, and improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, renewal dates, and activity notes in CRM systems.
- Track account health, usage, satisfaction, and commercial performance, taking action where retention or growth is at risk.
- Support the commercial team with feedback from clients to help refine messaging, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed retention, renewal, customer satisfaction, and account growth targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, client services, or B2B sales.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, security solutions, facilities, lone worker, or employee safety sectors is helpful but not essential.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities while protecting customer trust.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once.
- Confident using CRM tools and maintaining accurate customer records.

- Competitive base salary of £35,000 - £40,000.
- Performance-related commission or bonus structure with realistic OTE of £55,000 - £65,000.
- Clear career progression opportunities as the commercial team scales.
- Flexible hybrid working environment based from Soho, London.
- Ongoing training, development, and hands-on exposure to a growing B2B client base.
