We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own all aspects of the marketing process for our ever-growing portfolio of titles. We want someone that understands platforms, especially Steam, how they work and how to unlock their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wishlist Growth: You will be responsible for optimising every stage of the funnel to drive both organic and high-ROI inorganic growth. You understand Steam’s ecosystem and know how to work it to maximise wishlists, playtest sign up and ultimately sales. Success looks like:
- Running effective campaigns to drive wishlist growth
- Optimising store pages for conversion and visibility
- Ensuring messaging/communications match our products (for review scores)
- Continuously experimenting with new creative approaches, platforms, and services
- Creation and execution of our GTMS for game launches, announces and updates
- Minimise the impact on the leadership team around key marketing beats
- Platform pages are constantly evolving to reflect game updates
- Work with external agencies and partners to create trailers, key art and additional assets
- Building and maintaining clear, up-to-date product dashboards that are updated weekly
- Tracking and analysing both organic and inorganic growth performance
- Reporting concise, actionable outcomes and ROI for each campaign or experiment
