Panic Stations is seeking a System Designer for a 3 month contract to own the design and balancing of core systems in a co-op job simulator. You will work with programmers in Unity to iterate on balance and progression, and ensure the economy supports engaging decisions for groups of different sizes.

You will move fast, communicate clearly and ship features with minimal process, contributing to a team that values autonomy and outcomes. This role is remote within the UK.
