About Pangia
Pangia is one e SIM that works in 127 countries with unlimited data, no roaming, no swapping SIMs, and now real phone numbers (UK, US and Australia live, Germany next) with calling and texting worldwide.
Customers are long-term travellers, remote workers and expats.
We are a small remote team, revenue-funded, and we grow through the communities and creators our customers already trust.
The app is live on i OS and Android.
What you will do
- Own the creator programme end to end: sourcing, outreach, deal terms, onboarding, tracking, payouts.
- Build a pipeline of Reddit and You Tube-first creators in niches that travel: long-term travel, expat life, remote work, tax residency, decentralised living.
Small niche channels for direct sales, bigger names for brand.
- Run the commission model (per-signup and per-annual payouts, milestone unlocks) and make it easy for creators to see their own numbers.
- Turn every partnership into evidence: what converted, what didn't, why. We only scale what the data supports.
- Work directly with the founder and the Chief Growth Officer. No layers.
- What we look for
- You have run a creator or influencer programme before and can show us the numbers: how many creators, what they cost, what they brought in.
- You can tell a real audience from a bought one in five minutes on a channel page.
- You write short, warm outreach that gets replies, and you close.
- Comfortable with performance deals (commission, milestones) rather than flat fees.
- Bonus: you have been the creator, or you have run affiliate operations.
- How we work
Remote, async-first, a few overlapping hours with Europe and the Americas.
Small team, fast decisions, no meetings that could have been a message.
You will talk to the founder weekly.
Compensation: contract or full-time, discussed with the shortlist.
How to apply: a short note answering one question: what is the best creator campaign you have run, and what did one signup cost? Plus a 3-minute Loom introducing yourself.
